How long does it typically take for them to get an app ready for Apple's store?

From my experience, the actual build and submission part is pretty quick on their end. The longest wait is usually for Apple to review and approve it, that can be a few days or even a week sometimes. They do help with the submission process though which is nice.

It depends. They have both annual plans and lifetime licenses. Most of the bigger discounts are on the annual ones though, especially for the first year.

I used Tapatalk years ago and it was okay, but ForumApps feels way more native and integrated with XenForo. Push notifications are definitely better here, plus you get your own branding without their name everywhere.

Tapatalk always felt a bit clunky to me. ForumApps is a proper native app for your forum, not just a wrapper like some others. You get full control over the look too.
